We have lived in these apartments since March of 2009 and I cannot wait until we are able to get out of our lease. It took months for a leaky sink to be fixed, a door to be fixed and other various maintenance things, and I cannot blame the maintenance staff because I had to call several several times to tell about my issues, and I was always told by the manager that she put in a work order and nothing was done for awhile and when the maintenance did come they only knew about half the problems. The police are here more often than any place I have ever lived. I hate living here. I would not recommend this to anyone, unless you have no kids, do not expect much and do not mind people who fight often.
