I have lived in Parkwood Village Apts. for 1 year. It is a very spacious 2 bedroom suite, with 2 full baths. The washer/dryer that is furnished is wonderful. The convenience cannot be matched, things like washer/dryers should be a prerequisite for apartment dwellers. The apt square footage is approx 1093 sq ft for the 2 bedroom, 2 bath, dining area suite. Very roomy. The balcony is great for summer and is very large. Large enough to accomodate table/4 chairs and even a lounge. I love my apartment and plan to stay here for a long time. In fact I plan to move to a larger suite, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, dinette and den. The automatic garage door opener is great also. Your garage is very conveniently located close to your building. Also the pool and rec area are just a plus. The workout room offers all the latest equipment and it also has a sauna. Close enough to shopping and everything you need within walking distance. Management does need to take into consideration older adults vs. younger adults and place in buildings appropriately. Also children should be placed in buildings that have other children. This way, there are less problems with complaints of noise and such.
