I have been here for two years and til recently it was bad, but since new manager and maintenance is here things are really looking good.
The office is always helpful and goes out of their way to help you,they finally got maintenance here that know what they are doing and fixes things right.
I would give the entire staff props for doing a great job and I have now decided to renew my lease and stay at Kensington.
