Great Place...Great Staff - Ive lived at The Cove since April and love it here. I've been with Oakwood Mgmt(the management company) for 5 years. They Suck No one is ever in the office they are always out back smoking Even when they see you knock at the door they do not respond. The grounds are filthy cars getting broken into and they never return your calls. Good luck trying to go swimming they only open the pool when they want to .. BE

NO! Stay away, Stay away. Crime is up, and there is way to much DRAMA caused by the office. Parking is very bad as well, and walls are very thin (can hear everything the neighbors say and do). Not worth the high price.

pretty much a joke Besides the manager, pretty much the rudest office staff I have ever dealt with. Lied to about night security and noisy neighbor policy. Kids in the neighborhood pretty much own the place. Middle of the road is their playground. Enjoy waking up at all hours to loud car
