The office personnal are very rude. You get a water bill from the water company, but you need to pay the rental office the bill. We have submitted our rent and they have returned it saying we have not paid the correct amount due. It was the water bill. But If i have not received a water bill before my rent is due I would pay the rent only. the office doesn't send out the bill so you know in advance. But they expect you to pay whatever they tell you you owe. Why would I pay the office a water bill amount before I get the bill from the water company' Then your rent is considered late and they slap a $35.oo late charge. They are always saying you owe something else. They do what they want not what is right. I would recommend you find a better place to live. I have rented my entire adult life and have never seen an apartment complex in such a horrible fashion. If you have pets, be careful, you could be blamed for not picking up their poop and they will charge you $100.00 for them to pick up a pile of crap!
