I have lived here for two years now and love it,my town house is a lot bigger than all other places I looked.I love haveing the attached garage very safe and great for the weather,the complex has done everything they are required to do or that I have requested.Same price as any other 2 bedroom apartment but these are town homes a lot bigger,very quiet place to live we will not move till we buy a house.

thats because you haven't moved out yet and you haven't been charged for a bunch of ridiculous charges that anywhere else would be considered "normal wear and tear". I would even have to say that this is probably the owner that wrote that. I never lived anywhere else that suddenly when the owner, (who lives next to the apartments) was having a party....suddenly childrens OUTSIDE toys were not suitable to be "outside". Then threatened to give a fine for having them there. Did I mention they were put up neat? TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!!!
