The Lakes of Brice is a great apartment community. We have a garden apartment and it's got a lot of space. We also paid extra and got a lake view, as opposed to a view of the parking lot. All apartments here come with a washer & dryer, which was a big plus.

Problems You can hear everyone and everything in your apartment because of the breezeway. People love to hang out there and the noise echoes into all apartments. Also, new management just took over, The Connor Group.
Needless to say we miss our old management because the new ones aren't that friendly. Plus they are bugging us about renewing our lease in October and it's up in January.
Not too much storage space either. Closets fill up quickly with stuff.

Overall, great apartments. It's close to a lot of grocery stores and food places. It's also very nice having your own washer & dryer. It's a quiet area and close to 33.
