We moved into this community in June of '05 when The Michelson Organization still owned the community. At that time, the community was flourishing with flowers, cleanliness and friendliness from the office staff and neighbors.

In a short three months the neighborhood had been sold and no notice was given to the residents. I would say a good month or so went by before we knew that the Connor Group had taken over.

Once the Connor Group took over this neighborhood went downhill- BIG time. Since they purchased our complex we have seen at least three new sets of management come through this place because nobody in the company knows how to take care of your issues. I have had numerous run-ins with the property management with issues in my apartment and also within the community, none of which have ever been addressed.

-Our patios have never been cleaned since the Connor Group took over.

-They use balloons on a weekly basis & will let the deflated balloons hang in front of the neighborhood for weeks.

-Have issues in your apartment' Good luck getting those fixed! We're still dealing with mold nearly two years later.

-Have children' Prepare for their death with the way residents speed through here. Our speed limit is 15 mph, but is poorly enforced.

-Need sleep' Don't worry! Your neighbors will guarantee that you won't get any. You will hear every god forsaken footstep if you live on the bottom... or you will hear every word and every laugh if they are on the patio!!

-I hope you have insurance! Renters, car, and health! Someone is guaranteed to break into either your home or car. Since the Connor Group took over I have experienced both! Plus, you'll need the health insurance for when you get mugged in the very dark parking lot. The lighting is very poor... to say the very least.

-Shedding Lbs' You can count on our management to do everything not to help you! Our "luxurious gym" always has something broken & there are never any guarantees that our pool will be open.

I have addressed nearly all of these issues with the managment and yet nothing has been resolved. You may ask, "Why do you live there if you have so many complaints'" The reason we re-newed our lease is because we were promised all of our issues would be taken care of. Not to our surprise the agent who re-newed our lease was "no longer with the company" less than a week later.

Trust me, we are out of here as soon as our lease is up!
