What is your problem

There will be issues anywhere you go. I have lived here in a one bedroom on the bottom floor for about two years now. Of course you are going to hear your neighbors above you, what do you expect when you choose the bottom floor. As for the connor group "takeover", I find the office staff to be friendly. They have addressed the issues I have had with my apartment. I heard the pool was closed frequently due to the fact that someone overused baby oil that clogged the drains. If balloons are such an issue to you that you need to count it as an issue against this apartment community you seriously need a hobby. I noticed a big difference in our patios being cleaned (which I think you mean to say breezeways) since May. I use the workout center four nights a week and I only had a problem with the stepper machine. Maybe you should find a new way to shed lbs since you can't figure out the machines. Sorry that you will be leaving this community, but I can't say people like you will be missed. It is called apartment living, seriously what do you expect.

I already expressed my problems; most of which have not ever been addressed by the managment or The Connor Group. I did not choose to live in the bottom apartment & had I known that you could hear every footstep I wouldn't have taken this apartment. The office staff is friendly to your face & then makes promises that they cannot keep. Apparently, you have never had any issues with them. Nearly every renter I've spoken to in this neighborhood has issues with this managment & this neighborhood. You must be the exception. As far as the baby oil in the pool goes, I never heard that. I heard that they weren't using the proper amount of chemicals to treat the water. Have you ever walked around this neighborhood or been into another breezeway other than your own? Probably not or else you would notice the filth that lives within them. The garbage outside peoples doors, the dirty diaper pails, or the dog poop from the neighbor who just lets his PITBULL run loose are all things you must NOT have experienced. You must not have been using the workout facility during the summer months when 2 or 3 machines were out of service for over a month. In fact, the managment even wrote about that in their newsletter & said they did not know how to fix them, but were working with a company who did. Don't pretend to act like I won't be missed because I actually care. You are probably the slob with the garbage outside your door when a receptacle is only steps away from every apartment. I also would like to point out some more trashy things... the fountain in the rear pond that was broken all summer & not fixed until winter? That makes sense. How about the foot-tall grass that was growing in the gutters in the rear apartments... or the satallite dishes & wires that go from the ground up to the second floor, through a window... which should never be allowed. You must also take into consideration that you probably have only 1 neighbor above you because it's a 1 bedroom apt. Where as I could have upwards of 5 people living in a 2 bedroom. Yes, it has happened and I did get them evicted. So chew on that. Enjoy your stay in ghettoville. I hope your car is the next to get broken into or your apartment for that matter. Then we'll see how much you like it here.

wow, you just told someone you hope their car gets broken into just because they said their opinions, just as you did......i truly feel sorry for you.

I don't know why you would call a complete stranger a slob just because they actually like where they live. You obviously have issues that can't be helped by your property management. I have lived here for probably as long as you have. If a fountain in a pond means so much to you you would think you would be happy that it was fixed at all. Who cares when it got fixed. For your information one and two bedroom apartments are mixed in all the breezways (that was a question I had asked them before I moved in). Dumb assumption on your part. This is not "ghettoville"; you wouldn't say that in the same paragraph as saying you actually care about living here. What exactly does that make you? a hypocrite? Nice. Well good luck in your apartment hunting and no, you will not be missed still.

I AGREE WITH LOBITEZ. THE PROPERTY MANAGER TAMMY IS A JOKE. SHE COULDN'T EVEN MANAGE HER WAY OUT OF A PAPER BAG. YOU TELL HER THAT YOU HAVE A PROBLEM AND SHE PROMISES TO DO EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD FOR YOU THEN THE NEXT THING YOU KNOW, HERE COMES THE EVICTION LETTER. THE POSITIVE SIDE IS THAT SHE SHOULDN'T BE HERE MUCH LONGER WITH ALL HER SCREW UPS. THEN SHE'LL BE REPLACED BY SOME OTHER FLUNKY THAT THE CONNER GROUP DEEMS SUITABLE. I ALSO DON'T THINK THAT PROPERTY STAFF SHOULD BE ABLE TO POST HERE ANONYMOUSLY WITH TRUMPED UP 4 OR 5 RATINGS. STOP PLAYING ON THE COMPUTER AND DO SOMETHING PRODUCTIVE!!!!!! I HOPE TAMMY ENDS UP HOMELESS.
