I was let out of my lease a few months back due to one of the sales girls in the management office personally insulted me on here and they feared a lawsuit, which I'm still considering. They admitted to me that they post the positive reviews on here, not that it isn't obvious. This is a dangerous place to live, matter of fact all the Connor Group properties are dangerous places to live (based on my research) and it's expensive too considering you get nothing you pay for - luxury. Luxury isn't a bunch of frat boys nextdoor doing beer bong hits with the manager of the leasing office and some of the sales associates until all hours of the night. It also isn't laughing at you when you call the office to make a valid complaint. Do yourself a favor and do some research on here for all the properties the Connor Group owns. You will be able to see that the office is trained to post false positive reviews of the property and you will also see them personally attacking the people that have valid complaints. The truth is in the research. It's not just the Lakes of Brice, there's also some shady stuff going on with that little utility company the Connor Group owns and are charging you a fee for. There's no point in complaining to the front office because they are all a bunch of irresponsible kids who laugh at you when you complain about people punching their walls and screaming into bullhorns against the wall at 3am or whatever other valid complaints you have. Someone will end up getting hurt because of their negligence. These people have no respect for people who aren't a bunch of alcoholic lushes like they are. Seriously, why would your best resident be a house full of college boys who drink and have complaint after complaint called in about them' I agree with these new posts, call the non emergency police and ask them about how many times the police come out there. Go on the Better Business Bereau website and look them up. It's not illegal to let other consumers know the truth about this place and their practices, though you may be threatened by them and their lawyer that I personally watched almost walk into a wall at the courthouse - if that tells you anything. They walked in so confidently, then they had to sneak out the back way because they pretty much LOST that court case. They shouldn't have settled, but when you're harrassed constantly, it's best to just get it over with.

unenforced policies? hell, i just got a big red letter on my door because my girlfriend let our dog out without a leash and let it do its business and the leasing girl in there watched her do it and now i have to pay a fine of $50 or they wont accept my rent, i am pissed but dont say they arent enforcing policies.

I've lived here for some time and I'm taking photos of the ever-growing holes in the road, my lawn that is frequently driven over by my neighbor (which I have notified the office; the grass is now dead and muddy), and all of the spider webs that are found during warmer weather. However I am relieved to read that they are doing something about pet owners who do not clean up after their pets. Standing and watching and not doing anything wouldn't get them $50. Why would anyone let their pet roam without a leash and not do his business? Plus, with traffic and who knows who lives around here, it certainly isn't safe. I don't care how trained my dog is, I don't let it out of my sight.
