This place is a dump, plain and simple. This neighborhood used to be gorgeous and lived up to the expectations of the name given by the property owners, "luxury apartments." Now-a-days you can't expect anything from the management or their staff. That was very apparent this past winter when they hired someone who looked to be about 17 to "plow" our parking areas. They did a piss poor job. We had ice 2 inches thick on our walkway that was never salted, even after management promised they would do so. In the spring & summer you would expect the place to be spruced up with colorful flowers and trees as it used to be, but again, pure disappointment. For anyone looking to move here- DON'T! Management treats you kindly until you sign that lease, but once they have that agreement from you all promises go out the door. Absolutely awful.

seriously, you are going to complain that the parking lots were cleaned by a 17 year old? i drove all over the place during that storm and was glad to get back here because ours was mostly safe, considering WE HAD AN ICE STORM! u gotta get off your high horse, WE HAD AN ICE STORM! THE MAINTENANCE GUY DID THE BEST HE COULD, I SEEN HIM OUT HERE ALL HOURS, I HEARD HE LIVES AN HOUR AWAY AND HAS A NEWBORN BUT RISKED COMING OUT HERE TO DO THE BEST HE COULD! I love the staff and think they do the BEST THEY CAN and to have idiots like you get on here and slam them, I don't want to lose this staff, they are so nice, I moved in when Sara was here and she was a -----! Her maintenance staff sucked and the other girl in the office was just weird. These guys do try their best, remember that you live in an apartment on the east side, not Beverly Hills! GET A LIFE!

Seems to me that no one else, but someone who WORKS HERE would know anything about the personal life of someone who plows a parking lot. It's obvious to me that the lady above has no idea how hard people work and what they expect from the hard eaned money they pay. I agree, this place is a dump and has the potential to be great, but management sucks so bad, all they care about is collecting another month's rent, which is why nothing but trash will live here when us good tenants move out.

I would certainly relay your complaints to the corporate office instead of management on the premises. I agree that the above person could very well work in the office. Highly unlikely that a tenant would take such interest in knowing about a person's personal life when they're just plowing. It doesn't surprise me if a lot of responses on here are from apartment staff. That's why I say to send complaints and photos to the corporate office.

I have lived in LOB for almost a year now, and this winter was a HUGE problem for sure. I was safer on the roads for sure. I even fell out in the "drive" because the ice or snow wasn't taken care of. Some of us work or go to classes early, and they didn't take care of the apartment until AFTER I got home 2 DAYS later. My boyfriend almost got in an accident on one of the corners because of ice as well. Pretty crazy if you ask me.
