You will regret your move into this community! The place is a dump, full of partying college kids, criminals, and unruly children who play in the garbage. parking is a nightmare and maintenance is a joke, to say the least. The Manager is more concerned with lunchtime, than making sure your apartment is in good working order! there are nice speed bumps in the front, and zero after that. the roads have potholes the size of Texas, and your going to pay for EVERYTHING!!!! If you like parties believe me, you will find PLENTY here!! If you like witnessing domestic disputes, You'll get that here! If you like, high-speed car races, who needs NASCAR, we got that here too! If you love the smell of dogcrap in the morning, MOVE ON IN! We have immediate move-ins available! Save yourself some heartache, and MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! ANY GOOD REVIEW ON THIS SIGHT IS POSTED BY A MANAGEMENT MEMBER!!!!!

For one, It's libel, and the statement doesn't cost you money, so get over it LOB management!!!! Your place stinks, and that's that!!! Call your lawyers, supeona IP records, and bring on the DOGS!!!!

Yeah, LOB Management, I'll get this guy's back and track down several other neighbors who've since moved and they'll back the rest of the decent people living here and you'll be screwed. I heard there was a class action lawsuit and boy would I like to know all about it because I bet I could get in on it. If not, I've been doing my own legal research and have talked to a lawyer who deals with realty and housing. You people are going to be so screwed if I can so much as get hold of a hair of any kind of chance to get some money back for all this paying for nothing. In the lease it states that I have the right to quiet enjoyment of my apartment and you are in violation of that part of the signed contract. Maybe I can get out of this stupid lease early.

Nice, I see they do check this website daily. Why would a tenant care enough to get ------ with people who say bad things about this place, especially if they're true? Cut the grass you lazy wastes of human life. How about that? It's May 1st and the weeds, I mean lawn, is up to the middle of my calf. Aren't you supposed to focus on writing lies (good stuff about Lakes of Brice)?
