Obviously the person posting the material on here anonymously has serious issues concerning their living situation so I would ignore the responses. If you are interested in learning for yourself what the staff is like and what the community is like come see it. I visit the office staff a couple times of week and I have never had any issues that were discussed in these postings. I just resigned my lease because I love my neighbors and the quiet peaceful community that it is. I have lived here for all most six years and I love it. I met my fiance here and he is wonderful! I love the LOB and wont move till I choose to buy a house.

Yeah I live in LOB too and I never really had any problems. I have been here 7 years. I used to live here when Michaelson used to own the property and they were not half has professional as the Connor Group is. I have no reason to dislike the place cause if I did, I wouldn't be living here anymore.

My neighbors and I sit around on the weekends having a beer or two. I wouldn't consider that partying but you know, to each their own. Another neighbor stopped by and told us about this site and said it sounds like we have someone living here that don't want people enjoying their apartment. I was like, hell, I will drink my beer and get on here start posting myself! Bring it on, if you have a problem with me and my friends drinking, stop and tell me!

Yeah I agree. What's wrong with drinking with your neighbors on occasion? It shows that the community you live in gets along and is friendly. Nothing wrong with that!

nothing's wrong with "havin a few beers", but full on parties until three am, too much. having neighbors that bang on the wall, with a manager who won't help is wrong! smelling dog poop is wrong. Bad A@@es, who come on here saying "Bring it on", are the ones who would't say it if they were by themselves. In a crowd, they have a little more courage. Drink your beer, enjoy your apartment, but if you want to party hard until the wee hours of the morning, there will be some problems, and it won't be "me and my friends" it'll be me stopping and telling you, I don't need my buddies, to be brave. As far as the reviewer saying the office staf is nice, they are until you have issues, that you want addresses, then it's straight to nastyville with them! FYI, the BUCKEYES STINK!!! You LOST TO FLORIDA NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE! That's just terrible!!! GO GATORS!!!

You guys must be living at another Lakes of Brice because I can vouch for this guy because my situation is the same. If you ever have anything to complain about, you can forget getting a resolution at this Lakes of Brice. These positive comments are such a bunch of bull coming from either the people who work here or their friends. This place is a nightmare and I am so leaving as soon as I can. I will be anonymous as long as they are retailiating against those who have issues with how they don't take care of people who are extremely loud... Matter of fact, it's 9:06 and my neighbors are partying so loud, I can hear them on another floor, at the opposite end of my townhome and they will be going at it well past 2am as usual. Sometimes they even shoot fireworks off at 4-5 am. Wouldn't anyone paying a rediculous amount like I am be upset with 5-6 college kids nextdoor paying a fraction of what I do to live in what was once a really nice place, but only when the Michaelson Organization owned it? The person who said the Michelson Org was not as professional is lying. I lived here too then and I never had a problem. The maintenance guys fixed everything right the first time, every time and they were much more professional than anyone who has worked here since they left. The Connor Group lies just as much as he management here does. They didn't care about the tenants that lived here. They roped us all in months before out leases were up and then did absolutely nothing I asked them to fix for me staying here. Not one thing and they made a list of the things, so they can't say they didn't know. Anyway, my point that they don't care is they raised our rent and then did 100% less than the former owners did. Drive around here at night, slowly with your windows down and you will know the truth for yourself. There's no wonder why they went from being at full capacity when they first took over to having to place out signs, extend their hours and really push with specials to get people in here.

I took screenshots of this page and am contacting the Michaelson Organization to let them know they are being badmouthed by the people who bought this place from them. Have fun with that you mentally handicapped fools.

Just to let you guys know. I just moved out of the lakes of brice after five years and the office staff told me that I was the longest staying resident there so how have your been there for six years or how has tonnyt been there for seven? Was the wonderful office staff lying to me about this?
