This is not a safe, crime-free, and sanitary community. a less than 50% approval rating speaks for itself. Loud parties, that last until 3am, (not folks "sittin around havin a few beers"), but full on raging parties! The positive reviews, are probably posted by staff, relatives of the staff, or maybe even people getting a "little break" on their rent, if they post a good review' I have heard tell of a flyer distributed by the office, asking residents to come onto this site, and give positive reviews. The company you will pay all of your "common" charges, sewer, water, trash, and community electricity, will not give you a run-down of the charges, and doesn't even have a hard address, but instead uses a PO box, hmmmm, seems a bit shady to me. If you don't care about your living space, or the community in which you live, this is the place for you. If you want a safe, sanitary, and CRIME-FREE living space and community, free from retaliation, don't move into the Lakes of Brice! i got a call from the CG, asking my opinion of the complex, maintenance, and management. I gave them a resounding THUMBS DOWN, but that is only because I'm leaving, and then they even called asking why I was leaving. I'm leaving because the place stinks, and is quickly going down the drain. People that live here aren't going to tell them over the phone, on their own phone line, that the place is bad, and it's silly of them to think they will get completely true answers. I heard they are coming down really hard on one resident who is trying to do the right thing, and have a safe community. I say, the more people who write and call the Connor Group about this management, maight be able to get a change made for the better.

All I can do is laugh at you, different people, same issues, and one single denominator.... Management, too worried about what is said on here to do their job. Now the CG, is "calling" people and asking how things are here. Do you think people who don't want to get kicked out are going to give an honest answer. People who are leaving, and have already moved out are giving honest answers though. Every person that is leaving, or has left, says the same thing, the owners and management are not doing a good job. So, the same person has been posting on here since june of 06? LOL! oh yea, the site only lets so many reviews come from the same IP address, so it has to be more than one person. Sorry bub, but there are more people upset with this complex the "you" think. Keep trying CG to get your rating up, for every good one you post, there will be two bad ones posted by honest people. They are not going to leave their email addresses, for fear of the "scarlet" letter, from ole "Teeth Mcfee", and the garbage pail gang up front. FYI, THE GATORS STILL OWN THE BUCKS!!!!

I have some of these issues too, but I am not the same person. I hate it here and am being as quiet as possible so as not to make the management angry with me.

I will Greco Roman wrestle you over the Bucks, but I have to say that I agree with everything else you're saying on here. This place is nothing but problems and I am a quiet person who does not complain constantly. I tell them once, twice and then I let it go, but they still never do anything with complants. I only complain about excessive noise, violence in the community I have witnessed, garbage all over the place, lawns looking like Hilltop area lawns (remember, this is supposed to be luxury I'm paying for, you know), people driving through the community (that has kids, mind you) at racing speeds, people driving over my lawn, infestations of spiders and flies and ants and silverfish and all sorts of other bugs that used to be controlled with pesticides (which they now refuse to do). Bugs are everywhere, not just farms (which is their excuse)and they are managed with regular spraying. Any good place to live maintains this issue by spraying regularyly. I don't care if I see a spider every now and then, but 7 in one place, then 5 in another...it's an infestation. I think the management could at least manage, but she won't. What the hell are we paying for? Myself and several other residents here want to know, so since you post on here so much, why don't you at least answer us that much? What are we paying so much for? You can't even manage a dollar, little lone an apartment community. I wanna know, what am I paying so much for? Your attitude?
