I moved into this complex 2006, at that time it was a very nice,quiet,rural place. However,over the past year it has gone downhill. The roads are horrible,landscaping is horrible in the back. An extreme lack of parking,teenagers that hang out at all times of the night slamming doors and playing music. The management does not respond to complaints AT ALL, and it took an entire month to have a repair made..because it was not considered an "emergency". If you value your money and sanity DO NOT MOVE HERE! Alos the rental office is very conniving. They sent me a letter to renew my lease to "catch the early bird special". They said rent would be raised to 599,that was the lowest they could go,but I was a valued resident,that's why the were settling for that. Well come to find out,that is the rate in the apartment guide book! I didn't get an "early bird special" at all! That was so underhanded I would never even consider renewing my lease.
