I moved out a few months ago, and went back to visit a friend. Just when you think a place can't get any worse. LOB shows you wrong. This place actually got worse in the few months. There are DRUG DEALERS selling their wares along the drive ways! Little children are playing, and it's scary, how dark the place has gotten. Wether you break your lease or not, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!! They keep it as an administrative fee. (check your lease). Do yourself a favor, and take the hit. Move out of LOB, and Canal Winchester as a whole. This apartment complex, is the main reason the whole town has gone in the crapper! You get charged pet rent. You get charged outrageous fees, if your rent is not in their grubby little paws by the 1st. If you go on vacation the 25th, and don't return till the 10th, you had better drop that rent off before you go, or face $175.00 in late fees! Let me tell you about the maintenance. He couldn't fix the leaking faucent in my bathroom! my boyfriend came over, and just tightened it up, and he accomplished in 5 minutes, what the idiot maintenance guy couldn't do in an hour. I'll have to order the part he said! The office ho-bags, they are the best. They tried to entice my boyfriend into moving in here, by showing off their sorry boobs, that look like fried eggs hanging on a wall! Fat chicks dressing like HOO-ERS is not pretty to watch. God those chicks are FUGLY! They will try to "sex" your men into moving in. My man said they are so ugly, they would make a frieght train take a dirt road! This place is bad, no matter how you slice it. make a complait, and see how nice they are. Call the Columbus Police department, cruiser district 143, and as about this place. Don't check the website, it's not on there. call them directly, and get the scoop. break-ins, muggings, and general drug dealing and robberies. if you choose to move in anyway, enjoy your stay!

The person who wrote this is hilarious to say the least. They do not charge you for fish, they do charge you for a dog or cat. Name a community that doesn't. Your late fee is not $175 on the second. I also think the person who wrote this must have their own personal self image problems to talk about the staff the way they are. I personally think the girls in the office are very nice and have never EVER seen them dress the way you are saying. You must me the same one over and over writing this stuff. I don't understand the purpose of your posting. The way some people get off on personally slandering other people on a site like this is beyond my understanding. I don't have issues like that. I do have issues with some of the partying that goes on but I don't fear for my safety, I am not afraid of the maintenance and I like the manager. How dare you identify where her mother lives. You, need to be ashamed of yourself. Come on here and identify real problems, don't be mean towards other human beings though.
