After being cussed out and hung up on by the manager, running at night to make sure i can make it into my apartment safely, dealing with loud, obnoxious, rude, scary neighbors, sucky management, staff, and maintainence... wasting a year of my life at Lakes of Brice with my husband was the worst decision we ever made and BOY ARE WE GLAD TO BE OUT!!! Yes, the manager DID cuss on the phone, the staff never calls you back, they lie, they are lazy, and most of the time, rude. If you get the one leasing consultant that is nice, youre fortunate, but don't let that move you into the decision to live here. Drive down the road a bit and buy a condo somewhere for cheaper and for better living... the parking is REDICULOUS oftentimes having to park 3 buildings away, construction of the apartments and roads suck really bad. A very dangerous place for not only kids, but anyone to live. The streets aren't lit, still, even after we were told something was being done about it. Whatever. I feel bad for all the tenants still there. GET OUT! You who have not, DON't! The only thing that I liked was our apartment. Beautiful, but NOT WORTH all of the crap you go through! Please don't put yourself through what everyone there is facing! Save yourself early!
