2 1/2 months after moving out, the Lakes of Brice still had not refunded my deposit and the credit on my account even though I left in good standing and completed the terms of my lease. I spoke with the office manager (Jolene Dull) numerous times before finally contacting an attorney. Only after my lawyer called the corporate office, was I able to finally get my money back. I don't recommend living here unless you have access to free legal counsel and enjoy the hassle.
