At first we were wooed by the setting of this place, but for the price you pay these have got to be the cheapest apartments ever. I agree with a lot of the postings on here. They are very true. There are lots of loud parties, awful bugs problems, limited parking, and they do raise your rent considerably when you renew your lease. They have one maintenance man for the whole community!
And by the way, even though you are told you are giving them a deposit when you sign your lease, the hide it in the contract as an administrative fee and it in non refundable!
