lob is in the 14 precinct 145 district. the most undermaned precinct in columbus. breakins every week,management moves in gangsters just to keep their jobs. yes there is drug dealing, partying, and some violence. they've done nothing to improve the grounds. the new management isn't whores like the bunch they replaced, but give them time. utilities are outrageous. water 50 bucks a month. electricity 80-140 dollars a month. if u pay the water late it is a $20 late fee. u pay rent late it is $175 late fee don't let them tell u different.

The $175 dollar late fee is a bit exaggerated - that late fee is broken into two pieces. It is only $75 if it's not paid on the first. The extra $100 is tacked on if you're like five days late. The point is, pay the rent on time, and there isn't a problem. Utilities aren't any worse than anywhere else in the city (except maybe water, but that amount is the average of three or four units). It's called being considerate of others and practicing some conservation of water and electricity. My electric bill averages about $50 in the summer and about $100 in the winter - pretty standard. As for the other issues, there was an attempt to start a neighborhood watch...I couldn't make the meeting because of work, but how many actually attended? I haven't seen anybody patrolling, so apparently there wasn't a big turn out at the meeting.
