I have lived in this complex on and off for 4 years. This first time I lived here it was great! Then when it was time for my lease up at my other apt after I moved here, I knew I wanted to move back. WRONG! We pay over $630 per month for a two bed room and the "amenities" here are a JOKE! We have no working pool, the "tanning bed" is foul, it's not cleaned, bulbs burnt out, no fan, etc... One a few of the workout machines really even work... And I could go on and on. The crime rate has raised up so high, I'm afraid to let my child play outside. This place is filled with nothing but drug dealers. WE ACTUALLY HAD SWAT HERE NOT LONG AGO... And getting the police to come here in a timely manner is crazy... Took them 25 minutes to get here once when I had to call on a neighbor! WOW... THAT'S SAFE.

GOOD PLACE TO LIVE IF YOU HAVE NO KIDS, DON'T WANT TO SWIM A POOL YOU PAY FOR, AND IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY, YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE A PLACE TO PARK, YOU WANT TO HEAR ALL THE NOISE FROM YOUR NEIGHBORS, YOU WANT THINGS IN YOUR APT TO BREAK; BUT YOU DON'T WANT THEM FIXED, AND YOU WANT TO WALK IN DOG POOP IN THE GRASS.
