I think colony bay east apartments is a nice complex to live in. The rental office staff is very professional and friendly. Throughout my experience here I really can not say anything bad about the complex, nor the office staff.. The complex rent policies are very fair and if you adhere to your contract and maintain your unit you will have a plesant experience. Is the complex total perfect no, but name one that is and there is bound to be one issue. I would have to say in my experience being a single adult here there has been no major issues that i have witnessed.. Maintence responds well, the complex is clean and maintained and your addressed on a first name bases here.

I disagree the management sucks! I lived there and the place have change. Lots of questionable looking people moved in , management changed 3 time in less than 3 years, grounds are not kept as well as in the past and all thy care about is getting your money and give you no consideration let alone courtesy. People wqalked around cursing at ea. late at night I could hear then. walls paper thin and I could go on and on. Please look elsewhere before placing you money on this place. They have space cadets at the management office.
