I've lived in the townhouses for 2 years and it was very pleasent for the first year. The nieghborhood is clean and tidy. The people are for the most part nice and wave whenever you see them. The bad... the new owners. The property WAS corperate owned. Now it's owned by a husband wife team. They are out to get your money! We were good tenants. Never broke the rules, always paid rent on time. When you have an issue, the office staff has to get the ok from the "owners". They usually want to charge you for repairs if it's not something small. They try to bend the rules of the tenant/owner relationship. I had to contact a lawyer and tell them I did so I wouldn't have to pay for something that was clearly neglected by them. I'm moving in a few weeks and can't wait to get out of here! The neighborhood outside of the complex... I drive through fast so I don't get mugged! Seriously. Not good. it's not worth the cheap rent. That's why it's so cheap.
