This was the worst mistake in my life. I have always lived in upscale neighborhoods and have a clean rental record-never had any complaints for anyone I've rented from and I've always been complimented on how well-kept my units are. The first time I encountered the property it was still under the former management, only after arriving for my move-in date-I was informed the management had changed. Move in was a nightmare-my unit looked a mess & smelled like musk & cigarette smoke. You can hear your neighbors urinate & brush their teeth, children running up & down stairs, yelling & fighting adults. The list goes on...

I agree with the former review regarding the new owners-a husband & wife team that live on the property & inhabit the apartments surrounding them, so they don't have to put up with the neighbor noise everyone else has to endure. The management is very unprofessional, there is lil to no organization on this property. It may look quite & vacant during school time, but summer comes and the kids are all over your property walking past your patio, strangers cutting through your yard to get to the surrounding apartments. The neighborhood is kinda scary & getting worse. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Points of interest: Getting your security deposit back-get a lawyer. Don't sign a lease unless you see the actual unit. Take pictures, document everything, have a witness and demand that management walk thru the move in & move out. Know your rights by reviewing the Ohio State Rental Laws. This Mom & Pop duo expect your money on time but when it's time to pay out they try to skimp you. This place goes to show you anyone can be a rental property owner-RENTER BEWARE!!!
