I have lived at Preston Pointe for 2 years and 3 months. About 3 months ago, I called the rental office to find that the staff I was used to dealing with was no longer there. This was a great shock to me as the prior office staff was awesome. The new office staff is rude, unfriendly, and I have to tell you, they don t know what they are doing and they don t care about the residents at all. Every conversation I have had with them has ended in frustration. I called last week about an issue, and when Trecee could not help me, I ask to talk to the resident manager (each time I have asked to speak with here in the past I have been told that I didn t need her, the person who answered the phone could help). Trecee said hold on in a very nasty tone, and then I heard call me a stupid white b*t@h. Yes you heard me correctly. I am sure she thought she had the phone on hold, but she did not. I also was told the resident manager would have to call me back .she has not and it has been a week. I can see now that I need to get out of there soon as the whole place is going to hell in a hand basket. I cannot believe how many things have fallen apart in such a short period of time. The grounds are un-kept, maintenance problems are un-resolved, there is confusion in the office about if you have paid your rent when you did. They have done away with everything that made those buildings a community. Too many things to list.
The previous staff were awesome and I would have stayed for several more years. They took the time to help on a one-on-one basis addressing the needs of each individual tenant. They were always pleasant, and went above and beyond on a daily basis. I always felt like I was going home, now I feel like I am out of place there. I have no idea what NRP was thinking when the brought in this new staff. I do know for a fact after talking with several other residents that law suites for discrimination will be starting soon. If things keep going the way they are, it will be easy to get a unit there because everyone will move out. I feel sorry for the owners of the property as they are about to find out what a poor decision they made. God Bless and find someplace else to live.

i am a current preston pointe resident i've lived here since august 2006 and i agree the new staff at the rental office are very rude and bland...i don't know how true them calling you a white ----- is but i'm ready to move i can't wait until my lease is up i'm packing so fast..and i'll make sure to tell everyone i know to never consider moving here it's quickly turning into a ghetto.

Is this complex ghetto? The apartments look beautiful, but I dont want to move my family in with a bunch of hood rats.
