please be aware when moving here. It is a beautiful community with beautiful apartments. There are lots of teens and children on the streets always. The staff is HORRIBLE! I had a neighbor noise issue since I moved in. I put the complaint in writing, constantly called on the problem, I was told to call the police rather than the staff doing their jobs. I had to take it to the corporate level before I received any type of response. My friend came to see the property and the sign said closed out on a visit. We continued to walk the complex, I returned to the front office 10 mins until close and told her to just try the door. Of course the door was open. The associate on site forgot to flip the sign back. We explained how my friend came 45 mins to see the property and she refused to show her because only 10 minutes left until closed, although it was clearly her error why we could not go to her sooner. She was rude and short, who would want to move here after that. After finally getting my response about the noise a month or so later saying that the neighbor is moving out at the end of may, nothing was done other than a notice on their door two or three times that clearly did nothing. Finally, tenants received a letter saying the pool would be open for memorial day weekend. I went down to the pool on the opeining day and what do you know- the pool is closed for treatment. No letter was put out to let us know. The business center has been down since I moved in here. and then again 2 weeks later I have a friend over to swim and we go down to the pool and it is CLOSED AGAIN! This time because the management did not get their permit. Never said they were sorry or feel sympathy to any of the situations (of course they dont live here) and they dont know when they will have it open again for public use. what a horrible staff with no organization and apparently no experience in running an apartment complex. It sucks to pay over 800 dollars for my apartment but none of the amenities they sell you acutally work or open. I went to corporate again..I will update with further information if any at all!

3 months I tried to get management to take care of a noisy neighbor. They finally agreed to transfer me, only to tell me 24hrs before my move that my application for transfer failed because I now made too much money. I hosted a party at the clubhouse theater only to find out that the dvd player and surround sound didn't work. The list goes on and on......

i too have many complaints about prestone pointe. Not only is there trash everywhere but in the trash rececticals, none of the fitness equipment in the fitness center work. The pool was closed, because they were unable to get their permit in the month of june. theres constantly kids running the grounds and streets without proper supervision, cursing and causing ddestructive damage to the property. The apartments themselves are very nice, but it just seems like everything else around the property is trashed.
