I have lived here for almost two years and overall it is one of the better apartment complexes I have lived in. They keep the grounds impeccably clean and beautiful with well-maintained flowers, trees, and grass. They respond quickly to any calls regarding maintenance issues. The manager, Alicia, is a very sweet woman who seems to be fairly good at managing the office, however there is at least one guy that works in the office that is rude, careless, and lazy. I think his name is Larry. Anyway, my one BIG complaint about the Cove is the serious lack of parking. I have never lived in any other complex where there was such a problem with too little parking space. For instance, I live with my fiance, but we only have one spot designated to our apartment, so half the time one of us has to park VERY far away, by the clubhouse, in a blank space. One time we parked in a handicapped spot for literally less than an hour, because there was NOWHERE ELSE to park, and the car got towed and we had to pay $170 to get it out of impound. But, I will admit the parking is better now that they have designated one spot to each apartment, because before that, we usually didn't even have one close spot to use. Noise from other apartments isn't too bad and the neighbors are all very nice and respectable, not a lot of thugs or troublemakers. Overall I'd recommend it as long as you are prepared to deal with the parking issues. The pool is very nice and clean, and they keep it open as long as possible each year. They also have a great fitness center and walking path and pretty lakes.
