I lived at the Cove from 2005 - 2006. It was probably one of the best complexes I've lived in. The apartments are roomy and gorgeous inside. I didn't have the parking issue because I lived right next to the office near all of the guest parking. The pool was great, grounds were well kept, and maintenance fixed problems promptly. My only major issue was the insect problem - and i hate bugs!!!
The only reason i moved was to get a larger place and save a little $$$ on rent. Otherwise I would have stayed. It is a little far out, so be prepared to spend a little extra on gas. Overall I would recommend.
