I am glad to see you enjoy your home. We here at The Cove Apartments have always informed our potential residents and residents of parking issues, and that is why I have allowed the community to vote the current system in place. As to move outs The Cove Apartments has maintained high occupancy since I have been Manager never dropping below 94% and most of the time operating on a waitlist, which I am sure you were aware of prior to moving in. As to Management hiring someone and allowing nails to sit outside the compactor this is completely false. The grassland around the compactor and garages on Ahoy Avenue was cleared and the land was staked. This however, was not hired by The Cove Apartments nor did the contractors have anything to do with our compactor. I understand frustration in replacing tires however; this is at not fault of The Cove Apartments. Blank out we have blanked out handicapped parking that was not being used to allow more open parking for residents and their guests. The blank out spaces that were mention generate more open parking for everyone to enjoy. There is handicap parking located throughout the community and if someone makes a reasonable request a handicap spot is made outside their front door. Towing, the only reason one would have been towed is if resident or guest were not following parking policy, such as parking in another residents spot, parking in handicapped parking and or access lines without a permit, or blocking garages and other residents in. We can not allow another resident to infringe on the rights of other residents. As manager I must follow all procedures regarding any complaints. Our staff takes pride in the community that we are running.
