I have lived here for less than a year. Overall, it's a good place to live. The apartments are nice, as is the office staff. I love the floorplans and there is no question of safety in my mind. My big complaint about The Cove is this: I live in a one bedroom on the ground floor and I can hear EVERYTHING that goes on upstairs. I can hear them walk around and even hear the phone ring sometimes! They did not insulate these buildings well at all! My place stays cold and I still pay a pricey natural gas bill! It's pretty ridiculous. And, yes, parking is not great but I knew that moving in. I just wish I would have known about the lack of insulation beforehand because I probably would have looked elsewhere. I may have been spoiled though, because I couldn't hear anything upstairs in my old apartment. If you have the choice, definitely get an upper level apartment!
