Stay away, Stay away. Crime is up, and there is way to much DRAMA caused by the office. Parking is very bad as well, and walls are very thin (can hear everything the neighbors say and do). Not worth the high price.

If you have been having problems you should have come to the office. Parking is an issue that you were made aware of when you moved in. Crime is up everywhere not just in Canal, the economy is horrible. Drama in the office? We have to follow rules as do the residents so I am sorry if you felt that we were wrong, we have to keep everyone safe so you must follow rules. Alot of our residents have been here since we were built. As for noise it is apartment living. Please come to the office and we will be more than willing to help you with any problems you might have. All of our residents mean a lot to us, we are a family out here and we want to make sure you are all very happy. So come in ay and we will see what we can do. You know I live on site and can come to me anytime day or night with any issue you are having, I'm not going anywhere.
