When looking at the townhomes there were a lot of promises made that were not followed through. Not only did we have the same appliances that were there from 20 yrs. ago, but when we moved in the place was not fully cleaned. The top of the cupboards had spiders and gunk. Not to mention that the staining on them never dried, so good luck opening them and accidently rubbing up against them. It won't come out of your clothes. Also, the painting job was horrible and some parts had the same cracking paint and was never painted. Another thing is the amount of bugs that were in the townhome. There were unnecesary spaces underneath the door that they could crawl right under. And the basement...was never cleaned. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I actually had to cry when I first saw it right before we moved in after it was supposed to have been cleaned and painted and updated. Of course they keep the model home looking fantastic.
