A very nice place to call home. In a residential neighborhood. My place is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Not alot of kids running around and making noise. My maintenance needs have always been met in a timely manner and the full time manager is so friendly and takes care of any problems I may have immediately. I love the flowers and landscaping. They are always updating the apartments, like new windows and glass sliding doors recently. Shopping mall and grocery stores close. I know some people who have moved away and came back. Prior to moving to Colonial Club we found older out dated apartments, not so here with new counter tops, cupboards, etc. Also, love being able to have our dog, don't mind the small fee we pay. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
