Ive lived here for 7 years. The managers are very diligent with keeping this place clean and free of "riff raff." They handle issues promptly and take pride in where they/we live. Yes, Id like better quality paint, carpet and tile floors (my townhouse is the older model) but they do remodel them as people move out and the newly remodeld ones are nice! If you look around and compare this place to others you will see there isnt much worth complaining about. There isnt any "perfect" place. I live in a 3 bedroom townhouse which has alot of room. There are more families with kids moving in now which is great. My kids have kids to play with and ride the bus with to school. Its a nice community. I dont like the college age kids because they dont respect others, are always drunk and loud and waking people up. I thnk there are only a few left compared to last year, Thank God. Go live on a campus not in a family style complex! There is a swimming pool which is convenient and always clean. The clubhouse is very nice for parties/showers etc. Any litter that a few ignorant people throw down is always picked up every morning. One thing I really would love for SIMCO, to address/handle is people speeding through the parking lot. The managers pass out reminders of the speed limit but we need more speed bumps and the ones we have are pretty low/worn down. There are too many kids living here for speeding in the parking lot. I have reccommended this place to several people over the years. I have noisy neighbors right now but am beginning to address it with management after trying to talk to them myself. Ive never had an issue with noise before college aged kids moved in last year. I am confident it will be handled as management always address any concerns people in this complex have.
