Colonial Club has alot of good things going on - Ive lived here for 7 years. The managers are very diligent with keeping this place clean and free of "riff raff." They handle issues promptly and take pride in where they/we live. 1. Cockroaches coming out of the walls, cupboards and everywhere
including your BED !!!

Nice place to live.. the only thing that was bad about the complex was the theft, two of our cars got broken into.. rims and radios were stolen. thought to be bored kids in the neighborhood. really good management and neighbors. cars go by kinda fast so you're always on the look out while

Very Happy... I was able to find a nice home for me and my dog, which was a difficult search because she was too big for most places.

It's ok. No one cleans up after their dogs. Rent is ok, but cheaper other places. The apartment is nice, and the neighbors are great, aside form thee dog crap. There is some vandalism to cars on the far side of the carport sometimes. It is close to cheers and the belden area.

Disappointing for the money Although the model unit and the apartment manager's unit were beautiful my move-in unit was a disappointment. The unit was not cleaned prior to my move-in with plaster dust, cob webs and other signs that a cleaning crew hadn't been through after the work crew
