My dishwasher hasn't worked in months. Good luck getting maintenance issues resolved if you have a problem on a weekend (there is no emergency maintenance number to call). Most of the time, the manager cannot be found, and when you finally reach her, she wants you to fix the problem yourself. Residence are not allowed to park motorcycles or trailers in the parking lot; and, not that I want a dog..but for those who do..they are not permitted here. However, if you go to the office, the manager has two of them. Residence are also not permitted to take a guest to the pool..so if you have company or your kids have a playdate..forget the pool, they aren't allowed there. One last thing..the apartments are quite old, therefore the storage is a problem if you need it. There is no linen closet for your bathroom stuff and there is no coat closet. So there is no place to put things like your towels or your sweeper. There are places in Centerville only slightly more expensive and a little better too. I can't wait to leave this place.

Most of the time in the past, resident's were allowed to bring one guest only. Guess that has changed. However, you will see her grandkids there all the time. The manager, Frankie, is full of double standards. A good example of the double standards is the dog issue and motorcycle issue. I remember her grandson was allowed to bring his over and he parked it on the concrete pad next to the pool before he wrecked it. Tenants can't even have someone visit them with a dog because Frankie will fly off the handle but she has one and now I guess two little yip yap dogs. Maintenance is handled by her husband who is always busy doing their stuff and most of the time is not available during the summer because of it. The owner's name (one of Frankie's bosses) is Irvin Harlamert and he lives in Oakwood. He's listed in the phone book if you want to give him a call to complain. He lives on Southview Rd in Oakwood. The other main owner is Roy Youngman but I can't remember where he lives and he's not listed in the phonebook. However, he does own Patterson House in Oakwood. If you see exterior maintenance (potholes, etc) not being done, call Centerville Building Inspector. All rental properties in Centerville are subject to inspection which I know for a fact ticked them off because of the extra money they had to spend fixing things around the apartment complex. The other option is check out the date on your fire extinguisher. If it's out of date (and I'm sure that it is), contact the Washington Township Fire Department and report the manager's. You can share that with other tenant's as well.
