Centervillage Apts. in Centerville Ohio is a run down property. Getting matainence is nearly impossible and when you do get help it is the cheapest hillbilly in Ohio that is hired to do the work. I have had electrical tape on my plumming since I moved in and still have leaks. The magager tells residents they cannot drink a beer on the property they pay to rent...nonsense!! If she would stay in town and manage her property and clean it up it would be nice. She spends too much time in West. Virgina or whereever she disapears to.
