I've lived here for about five years. Its a great place to live and the managment is good. There is two people that run these 103 units, and they to a pretty good job at it. Whenever i have a maintenence problem, it gets taken care of. I'm patient because I know that they got alot on their shoulders. I seen some nasty comments on here, don't pay any attention to them, its most likely someone that never pays their rent and is struggling to keep their apartment and/or a partier that got kicked out. take my word for it, It's a wonderful place to live!

Not everyone who posted is behind on their rent. That's a pretty bad assumption on your part. I could make one about you just based on your writing ability but I won't go there. Frankie will bad mouth anyone behind their back and I've heard her do it. That includes those people she's sweet as pie too when she's talking to them or who paid their rent on time. Frankie, from what I've heard, is due to retire and she plans to let her grandson run it when she does. That will only happen as long as Irv, Bruce (his son) and Roy (all three the main owner's)allow it to happen. Maintenance is glossed over for the almighty dollar because here is a reality. Frankie and Elbert get so much money each month for maintenance from the owner's. If they go over that amount, it comes out of their pocket. If they stay under that amount, it goes in their pocket. So what do you think that means? Tenants have slipped in the past on ice because Elbert didn't want to put it out or didn't want to salt the parking lot after plowing it. I had to give a tenant I know the tool to fix their garbage disposal that Frankie hadn't fixed in months. That was after promising the tenant that if they wouldn't say anything to the Centerville Inspector, she would have everything fixed in their apartment by the end of the week. Guess what? She didn't fix anything. She plays games with the work slips she provides the owner's for her sons who do occasional work for them. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes there that tenants don't know.

I understand what you're saying. No need to run your m outh about me! From what I understand her son works elsewhere and he is down here all the time when he can to take care of their problems

my boyfriend and i have lived in the apartments for almost a year now. is it true that the new management will raise the rent? as for Frankie and her minions...i've slipped on the ice more than once. they only put down salt when they were showing new people the apartments. our garbage disposal broke like 6 months ago. we told Frankie about it and she said one of her nephews/grandsons/whatever would be by the next day or so to fix it..TWO weeks went by and nothing! i had gone up to her office to say something about it. she and her husband said that someone will come fix it. guess what? it's still not fixed! this is BS!! the only reason we stayed was because the rent was pretty good...
