what really lies beneath

"Nice looking environment"...' But ghetto looking kids run rampant. Trash can be found anywhyere, located outside of numerous apartments. Trash compactor is most likely always full, and larger items of trash can be seen laying next to the compactor. However, trash is this club's smallest problem. The rules state "no loitering", but what seems like masses of thugs can be seen and heard with their thug music and gang initiations. As a former drug dealer, I spent a good amount of time in Spring Valley's underground environment, witnessing many things most residents are unaware of. I personally witnessed several young males, including a young child get beaten to be accepted into one of these "CRIP" gangs (I did not even know they existed in Miamisburg at the time). In this seemingly primitive environment, there is a maintanence crew (who perform very unsatisfying work), and spend more time fixing problems caused by gangs and thugs, such as ocassional grafitti and broken windows, than fixing residents problems i.e. leaking pipes, 30 day hvac filters, duck feces, etc etc... In the year I spent as a spring valley gang member i have learned life is full of oppourtunity outside of murder and profit from drugs. Even though this place looks good on the outside, you can't judge a novel by its cover. As a new father,I have developed new concerns and left this complex for fear of my children's safety. I am reaching out to you for your and your child's safety. I have learned of the hidden dangers in certain places of our society, and want to warn others who are not seeking gang affiliation. Although you may feel secure with security present, Spring Valley Apartment has been infested with drugs and the gun toting thugs who sell them. The security is simply a bandaid used to assure the "safety" possible renters. Drive past.
