i have lived in spring valley for 2 years and i am leaving as soon as im out of my lease i have seen things here that i only thought u would see in a movie homeless bums and crack heads hang out here because i think ther is so many drugs here when i first moved in ther was a crack head girl asking me for change for the bus and she was dressed in a way that i would not want my child seeing if u want to take the chance of getting robbed,murdered ,or raped spring valley is the place for u i mean i cant even take my kid outside with out seeing homeless people hangout by ur car asking for change seeing drug deals this place is not really a place if ur looking for a nice apartment when u wake up ur always in for a suprise maybe ur toilet overflows for know reason a bum is sleeping in ur car if u leave it unlocked bums pooping in ur bushes its always a nice smell in the morning waking up to weed see black people in ther little gangs hang out all nover the place just dont move here

P.S. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE ARE NO HELP AND I THINK THEY PAY -------- TO DO THE DIRTY WORK

I have never EVER seen this! People sleeping in your car?!?! Did you call the police? I think this is exaggerated.
