My husband and I moved in not to long ago and so far so good! Although not as fancy as other apartments in this area, they seem to be very good as far as noise control, and safety. We NEVER hear our neighbors unless they are in the hallways, and on their patios. These are much older apartments, and could probably use a little updating as far as the patios outside (most of them seem to sag a little), and the parking lot could use a re-surfacing....there are a lot of pot holes. The office staff is very friendly and seems to help as soon as you call with a problem. I would reccommend these apts. to anyone who is looking for such a nice area for a nice price! Everyone seems to mind their own business and no problems so far!
