I thought Hillside Court would be a nice place to live. Unfortunately this place is a dump. The windows are old and need updated. They let in drafts of cold air in the winter. The furnace outlets are above the windows and have been painted over. The vents all point at the window and you cant change the direction of the air due or close the vents.
There are no curtain rods. The appliances in the kitchen are also old and outdated. They dont work very well either. The type of people that live here have no respect for other people. They are loud and arent careful of other peoples things. (like cars). The parking spots are few and far between and narrow.

If your debating about moving in here I would just cross this off your list.
