love it but.....

I love living in the apt, the view of the pond and the backyards are AWESOME but I really miss not having a washer and dryer hookup. They have ones like the laudry mat in every unit, but they are VERY OLD and don't clean or dry very well.
Maintenance is FABULOUS and the respond very quickly to any or all problems
Great place to live
