The Reserve At Miller Farm is the best apartment community I've ever lived in.Our 2-bedroom unit was spotless upon possession.The apartments all have 9-foot ceilings.We live downstairs and rarely (almost never) hear noise from any other tenant.Extremely quiet.The view in our backyard is all woods . . . you'd never know how large this complex is.Only 8 units per building.And they accept pets under 60 lbs.
The staff has been exceptional.Most of them live here and will do just about anything to make you happy.(Dawn even walked my dog when we were on vacation!)The maintenance staff is competent, responsive and even will change your light bulbs and replace your furnace filters for you!The very next day that you call.

Many corporate tenants and folks (like us) who are building homes reside here, so there's quite a mix of young professionals and small families.The managment goes out of its way to make this a real community with special parties at holiday time, treats for kids, football get-togethers, and many people actually attend.It's festive, clean and safe.

Garages are available, but we never have problems parking.The neighbors in our building are all so nice, but not nosey.

The location of the complex is ideal.Near grocery stores, many great casual restaurants and take out.Schools, dry cleaners, banks, gas stations, ice cream store . . . nothing is more than 2 miles away -- at most and usually closer.
