If you love dorm and college life, parties, rudeness, complete disregard of humanity, this is the place to be. You better pleasure the staff otherwise you are worse than dirt. Work orders never get done or completed in time unless you are willing to sleep with staff or try to with the maintenance guys. Termites, ants, spider you name it they have it. They suggest to either live with them or eat them cause the terminix guy never shows or if he does then doesnt do his work. Parking, is a joke, just like in some big universities, you are very lucky to get one, if you then Caution "Park at your own risk, the property owners not responsible for any damage" just like in parking garages at the airport. Weed or pot is never hard to find and so arent stolen trucks and race track driving. Solution to that is call the cops since the staff wont do anything. Clubhouse amentiies better maintained at home. Business center not worth your time. Money paid in rent goes places where you dont wanna know...dont mean down the drain but for personal pleasures. Compacter is always full and non functional. Credit check or rental history never checked now since management has changed three times in the past two years. Complaints not taken seriously unless their friends or their neighbors since all staff live on property.
