Living here was one of the worst experiences of my life. Many, many problems with the apartment. Considering you pay premium dollar at Miller Farm, it is definitely not worth it. The staff is friendly enough, but they move very slowly to react to any problems (of which there are many), and need to escalate anything remotely complicated to their "management" in Cincinnati. Cicninnati management is uncooperatve and hostile towards renters.

I have lived at the Reserve for Several Years and I am unfortunately very dissatisfied with the overall quality and performance of the apartments and Management. I have had several issues especially in the summer with Rollie Pollies..(is what the office calls them) I call them a pain in my _ _ _!...Every spring and all the way through the summer my apartment was infested with them. I woke up several times with them in my bed and my hair.(How discusting). The office staff sent out the pest control (which did absolutely nothing) I am so fed up and I am leaving before they infest my apartment again. The office staff is somewhat retarded and no one knows what they are doing! Always passing me off. Especially the new Manager...OMG! Are you kidding me! Stay away from the first floor apartments!...I have friends that live here too and they all have the same issue! It may look nice from the outside and the model they show you is not what you get by any means...Buyer beware!Let's just say I told you so.!!!!P.S. I also overheard while waiting for a package that someone there has bed bugs. Please look them up as that is what I did after hearing Adrienne talking to a co-worker about them! After looking them up on the internet I found out that bed bugs will eat your skin! No thank you! I am moving and if I were you, don't live here!
