Mixed feelings... a mediocre apartment

When I first moved here I loved it. It was awesome for the price, perfect location... I couldn't have been happier.
Then all of the sudden they started accepting lower class people. Section 8' Anyway, now the area is often noisy. I cant even enjoy my patio because the music is so loud. I call cops and nothing happens, there's always some other disrespectful idiot to take their place. I feel sorry for people who have to put their babies to sleep to only have a constant force of jackasses driving through who are disrespectful with their music.
Everyone looks mad all the time, culturally ghetto people have taken the place over and have made everyone who lived here before feel less secure. They look like they wont to beat everyone up. Creates many awkward feelings. Especially when you don't know if you should look at them or not, because you're not sure if they'll get offended by you looking at them. Yeah, those types of -------s.
If you're young and can handle this environment, then this place is for you. As far as I'm concerned, Centerville is going down hill fast. It will be the next Dayton, kind of like Kettering has become the next Dayton. This poverty will continue to spread until we get a Government that works for the individual instead of groups.
I hope this review helped.

I am so sorry you feel this way. Sign of the times. Revere Village is made for thy young people. I am retired. I have lived in a lot places that are far worse than this. I lived among black people for 4 years in Virginia. THere is good and there is bad. Be glad you do not live deep in the black side of Ohio. THE END.

Maybe the ???awkward feelings??? are just a result of you projecting your racist tendencies onto these tenants. Although, if you present yourself in a manner that portrays the type of sentiments made in your review, I would want to kick your ass too???

Wow, you are racist. They should really take your review down implying such a slur. Hope they kick your butt soon:). Enjoy the patio!! If you want to enjoy Centerville at it's finest, why not buy a huge several hundred grand home? Then you can be a bigot w/out living in fear.

I'm not a racist, I'm ethnocentric. I think culture isn't race specific only by the race that created it. I really believe that some cultures should not be tolerated and should be rightfully judged by their actions, not their skin color. I don't tolerate mindless aggression and violence, sorry that I don't tolerate certain cultures. Call me whatever you want. To the person above who said that I should live on the west side, I have. I graduated from Dayton Public Schools and moved from the city to have a safer, more tolerant style of living.

The way I see it and understood what u wrote u r a racist. For example what hell were u referring to when u said ____s. You sound very scared to me because why would you remain anonymous? Like the person said above I hope they bwhoop yo ass real soon. If you want to be so safe go buy your ass a house with an extra high quality alarm system. You should have kept your comment to yourself. You are a truly ignorrant person thats probably why people look at you like they wanna kick your ass.

Or maybe its not the way this person projects their racist tendencies that is the problem. Maybe it actually is the fact that the black people that move into the neighborhood bumping their music at 100db and walking around sagging their pants with hoods on at all times staring every person down as if they are seconds from cutting their ass really does exist. I lived there for two years and moved out the second I saw two black men conducting a drug deal in the middle of the parking lot for the second time. I also noticed that about every 30 seconds a car with a rediculously loud stereo drove by and to my great surprise and an amazing coincidence this person was black. Well into the night my black neighbors had their music up and you could still hear their loud voices over it! This isn't some great mystery, and instead of wishing an "ass-whoopin'" on who could be an old woman take it from someone who lived there and saw the drug deals, the loud music and the shady people, this place is a great example of what is happening to the entire city of Dayton and what was once a great place to live is now a great place to leave.
