The rent might be cheap but it's not worth it. The office staff should be fired. Water leaks, bathroom being plugged up all the time, loud neighbors, you can breathe the smoke from other apartments through the vents, mold, and bugs. I'm glad that we left when our lease was up!!!!!!

Thank U for telling people about Woods of Columbia. Sounds like a really bad place. Revere Village is just the opposite. Really good maintenance.No water leaks. Revere Village in Centerville makes people pay for everything. The natural gas bill each month by Spectrum is the hardest financil bill. If you do not ming paying 85 dollars a month for a gas bill each month then Revere Village is for you. The water bill is 35 a month on up. Windows leak a lot of air. People in the Town homes pay what they use. Apartment dwellers are pro rated badly. One person should not have to pay 85 dollars a month for natural gas in a 1 bedroom apartment. But that is Town Properites who own Revere Village. Revere Village used to be a good place to live until they started charging everyone a gas bill. I to get cigarette smoke thorough the heating and air vents. You are not going to get away from that ever. All apartments everywhere are that way. You have to live in a town home to get away from all the noise and tobacco smoke. THE END
