I must say I was happy living at the Woods of Centerville until my lease was up and I moved into my new house. Two months prior to moving out I had convinced two of my friends from another part of the state to check out the Woods when they were relocating to the area for school. After my friends moved in to two different apartments I was told I would be receiving a total of $300 for referring them. After filling out two requests for payment that happened to disappear I was finally told that there was nothing more they could do and that their hands where tied.
Also come to find out, what I was told was a $400 deposit was a infact mostly a fee. This is the type of place you need to read the fine print....and make sure they don't cheat you.
