I had a townhouse in the Woods, and while I liked my own unit a lot, the staff wasn't all that helpful or quick to fix things. At the time I lived there, the rent was outlandish, so I can't imagine what it is now. Also, having no laundry hookups in your own unit means a pain in the neck trip to the laundry facility, which was kind of gross at times. The shed leaked, so my bike rusted. We had leaks in the ceiling on the first floor, which seemed weird, and when they repainted there, it was the wrong color.

The units are huge, though, and the windows are decent-sized. The kitchen was also pretty big for a townhouse.

Years later, I thought about moving back there, and that's what made me annoyed: the office staff seemed to have gotten RUDER in the intervening years. Didn't waste my time pursuing moving back.
